Cooling-off period

By law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within 7 working days of the item’s delivery to you. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, audio and software products where the item has been unsealed, nor can we accept cancellations for any personalised goods or goods that have been made to your personal specifications.

To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, please include in writing, your name, address, invoice number and give the reason for return as ‘contract cancellation’. Package the relevant item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or if the item is faulty. If required we can arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
